Meet Me on Thursday: Little Monsters Part II with Laurel

Four little monsters were released last night on the unsuspecting populations of Australia, England, San Francisco, and um... somewhere else!

Three cheers to my friends who special-ordered these little critters, I had a ton of fun making them. I tried out some fun new shapes and techniques that I'm DEFINITELY going to use for Polka Dot Robot's spring line (coming soon!).

Here's a place I go when I'm looking for some Monster inspiration: The Creatures In My Head.  The creator, Andrew Bell, allowed me to post his link here when I told him about how I go to his website to dream up new monster ideas.  He is very talented, and manages to find the perfect blend between scary, gross, and cute- which every monster needs! Hi! Just came across your blog. That's so ironic because a few years ago I almost got a tattoo inspired by Creatures in my Head! I don't know where the picture is but I remember it being of a ladybug monster haha. Those hoodies are ADORABLE!
